We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Starting a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns must be authorised before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, the best option is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
